Yes, I am having fun. Part of that fun is coming to the OFC site. I can't make it to the OFC gathering in NJ. Do you know of any in NY that are coming up?

I love the pic of the Takamine. Each time I see a Takamine, I think of the man (and his wife) that gave me my Walden. He was a Takamine player, although I can't remember which model he had (it definitely wasn't a Jasmine).

I think it needs a shim, but I am concerned that the neck may need adjustment. I have never adjusted a neck before. Also, they didn't ship the guitar from the Boston store with the case to the Mattydale store, so how am I going to get the Factory Warranty? No card. I have a receipt, and the guitar is new, but I bought it for 999. It retails most places for 1999. Any advice? Could you possibly take a look at it? If you have time available this weekend, I could bring it over for you to see.
