Let's start by getting rid of your grey avatar and replace it with something a little less... well... grey.

Look up in the top right corner of the page. There's a box up there and in the box there's a link called "My Settings".

If you click on it, the next page will have an option to upload a photo from your computer for your 'profile photo'.

It's all too easy. Even Ozwatto worked out how to do it. And he's on dialup.
