I'm not saying Obama isn't the best choice of the current field, and definately a huge improvement BUT; getting a Nobel Peace Prize for NOT being The Shrub is a little more than lame.

Much like Al Gores 2007 Peace Prize, winning over other presumed nominees like Irene Sendler.

It just seems some of these winners are selected mainly for the amount of American press coverage they will generate.

No, Clinton got the "piece" prize...

Since I'm safe here - I think it's great that the non-white, non-good-ol-boy is showing more sense, compassion and maturity than any of the previous leaders. He has definately stirred up the Boy's club and I am glad to see it!

If you keep doing the same old thing and expect different results... isn't that insanity?
